Shipping

We use a nationwide network of print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment centers to print and ship our orders. As a result, printing and shipping times, methods, and cost will vary based on the products purchased. Product will be shipped in multiple shipments and you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

We always upgrade all shipments the best (non-economy) method available from that fulfillment center. Upgraded and overnight shipping is not typically available and seldom speeds the Production process.

This is a sample of products and ship times. The information provided is subject to change. Holiday's may increase production time estimates.

Once you place your order, here is what happens next.

ORDER: You place an order.

CUSTOMIZATION: For basic color and text changes, our team can make those easily. Although we've got a small team (2-3 people), we stagger our hours to provide maximum coverage and a quick response time. For "Match My Aircraft" or changes which require more artistic skill, the request will be added to our artist queue. A proof can be ready anywhere from the same day to 2 days later, but most requests are completed in under 24 hours.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL: We'll email you a proof of the design, and in cases a mock-up of the product, for your review and approval. This depends on you, but if we don't hear back within a couple of days, we'll follow up again.

PRODUCTION: Once approved, we'll split your order up based on which vendor we need to send the Products to and submit the orders for printing.

Days 1-7: Our vendors can take up to 7 business days to produce your order before it is shipped. Many items ship in 2-4 days. The first day of production is the first business day after the order was placed. Weekends don't count for production time, even though many of our vendors do actually work on making your products over the weekend.

Day 3-7: Tracking is added to your order when the vendor prints a shipping label and that label is scanned by a shipping carrier, like USPS or UPS. Once the shipping carrier has the package, it's on its way to you!

Day 3-12: Transit time… Depending on the shipping method our vendor uses, the delivery itself can take up to 5 business days in the US, or up to 30 business days if you’re shipping products produced in the US internationally*. That all being said, you should expect most packages sent to arrive within ~5 days in the United States' lower-48 states.

*When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL or USPS Priority International. However, we have also experienced instances where an order may take about a month to deliver. Unfortunately, not all tracking events may be represented in real time when shipping internationally, and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event (like border entry). There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:

• Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
• Local customs department processing time

Due to all of that, we can't guarantee a delivery date with certainty for international deliveries, so please plan accordingly!

RETURN POLICY

All returned items should be in new/unused condition. Restocking fees may apply. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless Flyboy Toys made the error.
